There’s a few good rental spots in Tofino. Our recommendations include Tofino Paddle Surf for their great prices, friendly staff and convenient, less busy Island location on Mackenzie Beach. They’ll provide straps for your car, and get you all set to go whether you SUP or surf. Or similarly, Long Beach Surf Shop. Other options include Pacific Surf Co downtown Tofino, and Live to Surf by Taco Fino. Plus, for ease, a number of the hotels offer rentals onsite including at Surf Junction Campsite and Hotel Zed’s Swell Surf Shop. Near the junction, try West Coast Shapes Surf Rentals and Ukee Poke. For Tofino’s best surf spots, hit Cox Bay and Long Beach at high tide.
