Temple of Heaven in Beijing, China, is a massive compound. In hindsight, would have just done the inner circle or the Long Corridor to the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, then to the Circular Mound, and then I would have jetted…. but I ended up walking the entire grounds. Here are some of the highlights only including the aforementioned stops. Cost was 28 yuan to get into the ‘Scenic Spots’ or Hall of Prayer and Circular Mound Alter. To access the gates was still 10 yuan.
